Operation Inasmuch

Operation Inasmuch

Operation Inasmuch is a one-day blitz of home projects in our East Bluff neighborhood. We utilize our volunteers and skills to complete home repairs, yard clean-ups and trash disposal to help our neighbors. “Surely I say to you, In as much as you do this for the least of these my brothers and sisters, you did it unto me.” Matthew 25:40

Snack Packs

Snack Packs

Snack pack is a hands-on ministry sharing 4-6 individually packaged non-perishable foods such as cheese and crackers, Ramon Noodles, oatmeal and fruit cups to over 2000 students each week from preschool through post high school. Snack packs provides a hands-on outreach experience for 35-40 senior adults and special need individuals. It also provides an employment opportunity for 8-10 individuals who lack employment skills and financial ability. Volunteers are always welcome as we pack and distribute Snack Packs on Thursday mornings from 9-10:30 throughout the school year.

Snack Packs is more than food!

Love Fund

Love Fund

The Love Fund is a fund that people donate to throughout the year to be able to have money that can be distributed to those in need of help. When the church gets calls or people come in looking for a bus pass, help with rent, gas bills, electric bills, or other needs that make it easier to live their lives, this fund is meant to show the love Glen Oak has for our neighbors. We can’t always do everything we want to, but we try and do what we can, and the Love Fund helps us make at least a small difference in some people’s lives when they really need it. If you’d like to donate to the Love Fund to help us make that difference, even a little bit can sometimes go a long way, donate via button below.
